If you are sending your photos, slides and/or negatives to be scanned, here are a few do's and don'ts.

Do organize your photos, negtives and slides. We will scan them in the order that you send them to us and return them in the same order. If you want certain images put into labeled folders on the CD or DVD, provide us a list of the titles and be sure to note these with a piece of paper in your picture collection(s).

Do carefully package your collection(s) to avoid the photos, slides and negatives from shifting during shipping.

Do not send albums. If we do receive albums, the price per photograph rises significantly.

Do not send pictures that have been cut in to shapes, such as circles, stars, hearts, etc.

Avoid sending cropped horizontal pictures from a vertical format.

Do not tape anthing to the FRONT of your photos, slides or negatives.

Do not tape pictures together or onto a piece of paper.

Do not write on the FRONT or BACK of the photos or negatives.

To complete your order, you'll need to e-mail or call us, so that we can send you a scanning order form. Complete the form and send it with your collection(s). After we receive your completed order form, we'll be in touch with you within 24 hours.
