Our standard turn-around time varies, based on our workload. If you have a deadline to meet, please contact us. Our typical turn-around times, which don't include time in transit to and from our lab, are: 1-300 scans - 5-10 business days; 301-1000 scans - 10-20 business days; 1001-2500 scans - 15-35 business days and >2501 scans - additional time may be required.
Our turn-around times do not apply to funerals.
200-300 DPI is sufficient for most photos, but if your photos contain more detail, we will scan to 600 DPI. For slides and negatives, we scan at 4000 DPI. 2000 DPI is more than sufficient for most images.

DVDs and CDs
We can convert photographs (up to 8.5" x 11.7"), negatives, 35-mm slides and other film into DVDs or CDs or put them on a 160-gigabite (GB) external hard-drive. (At this time, we do not convert larger format photographs, VHS, videotape, 8-mm or 16-mm film.) In these formats, you can view your pictures on your DVD player/TV and/or PC. In addition, we can upload any converted images to the Web for $.10 per image.
Our quality processing includes cropping, Digital ICE for slides and negatives and other image manipulation. Our prices start as low as $.29 per scan for prints and $.39 per scan for 35-mm negatives. There is an additonal charge for photos in an album of $.50 per photo. The package includes one FREE DVD or CD. Additional DVDs and/or CDs are $5 each. The 160-GB external hard-drive is $109.95.
